1. If your camper doesn’t feel well and/or has a fever, PLEASE KEEP THEM HOME!

2. Campers must stay in/with their bunks at all times.

3. Campers must bring and eat their own food every day. For safety, there is no sharing or exchanging food.

4. Campers are not allowed to leave camp during camp hours without prior written notification or unless picked up by listed parent/guardian.

5. All medications should be hand delivered to the camp staff with full written instructions.

6. Please discuss behavioral problems with your child, such as: teasing, fighting, bullying, obscene language, etc. AAYC has a Zero Tolerance Policy for disrespectful and/or violent behavior

towards participants and/or staff. If your child becomes a discipline

problem or harms other children, the child will be dismissed from camp WITHOUT REFUND.

7. Please discourage your child from bringing personal items, such as cell phones, handheld gaming devices, MP4 players, Game Boys, iPods, toys, etc. to camp. AAYC and its staff is not responsible if an item is lost, misplaced, or stolen.
