Am I my Sistaz Keeper? Yes I am!
This program is specifically designed for girls in grades 9-12.
Sistaz promotes empowerment and leadership development. Young ladies are taught to embrace their own uniqueness, take more interest in extra-curricular and community activities, increase problem solving skills, boost self confidence, value education, and improve real-life peer interaction. Sistaz programming will resume in the fall. Please reach out to Crystal Galloway for more information at cgalloway@lowermerion.org.
Middle and high school aged students are welcome to join us for age appropriate movies and snacks every Friday night during the fall and winter semesters.

In memory of our former Director, who was an avid HBCU supporter- AACC will offer a new scholarship for the 24-25 school year.

Although we live in one of the wealthiest townships, there are still families living below the poverty line. The Center collects toys for children under the age of 10 and gift cards for youth 11 and older.

In a tribute to the rich history of our community, we are once again selling bricks for Legacy Lane in the Vernon Young
Memorial Park that honors the people and events of this community. You have an opportunity to participate by purchasing an engraved Legacy Brick. Your Legacy Brick will be placed on Legacy Lane and it will immortalize the people, events, and organizations that hold a special place in your heart.
With a Legacy brick you can honor: Children, Grandchildren, Parents, Friends, Animals, Churches, Businesses, Professional Clubs, Fraternal Organizations, or a word or phrase!
